Cost and pricing
Wedding food van hire from PremierPlus starts at GBP 10pp +VAT for The Classic burger menu, GBP 14pp +VAT for The Upgrade and GBP 18pp +VAT for The Works. Final cost depends on guest numbers, location and event duration. A typical 100-guest wedding on The Upgrade comes in around GBP 1400 +VAT before delivery.
All published per-head prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added on the final quote at the prevailing rate.
The per-head price includes the food, the use of the catering van, our team to cook and serve, all sauces, condiments, disposable cutlery and napkins, setup and cleardown. Travel within Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey is included up to a reasonable distance from Newbury.
Yes. A minimum spend applies depending on event type and location. We will confirm the figure on your quote. The minimum is in place to make sure travel and setup time are covered.
A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but can usually be transferred to a new date if your event needs to move.
The food
Three menu tiers: The Classic (smash burgers, southern fried chicken, BBQ pulled pork, grilled halloumi, all with skin-on fries), The Upgrade (Classic plus halloumi pitta, loaded fries, additional sides) and The Works (full menu plus nachos sharing platters, mac and cheese bites, churros). Yes. Vegetarian options are on every menu tier and grilled halloumi is the signature vegetarian choice. Vegan options are available on request. Gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice - let us know at the quote stage.
Yes. The kids menu is GBP 6pp +VAT and includes mini cheeseburger sliders or chicken nuggets with fries.
On The Works menu, yes. The Classic and Upgrade menus are priced per cover so seconds depend on what we have left. We always cook a healthy buffer.
The van and operations
Approximately 2 parking spaces, around 16 ft long by 8 ft wide. Level ground or close to level - the trailer has stabilising jacks for minor adjustments. We can serve from gravel, grass and hard standing.
A 13amp or 16amp socket on site is helpful but not essential. We are generator-capable for venues without mains access at no additional cost. If you are unsure, send us the venue details and we will confirm.
Around 45 minutes on site before service starts. We can arrive earlier on request for larger or more complex setups, including weddings where the venue needs the van in position before guests arrive.
Standard service is 2 hours of continuous serving included in the quote. Additional service time is available on request, including extended evening service for weddings. We can serve approximately 80 covers per hour.
The van comfortably serves events from 30 to 150 guests. For larger events get in touch and we will discuss options including extended service windows or additional units where available.
Booking and travel
Summer Saturdays book up fastest, often six to twelve months out. If your wedding date is firm, get in touch early. We can usually accommodate shorter notice for weekday events and off-peak months.
We cover Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and into Greater London from our base in Newbury. We travel further for the right event - send us your venue postcode and we will confirm.
